Delivery and Returns

All orders will be executed by Science in Sport SA within one working day after receipt/confirmation of a successful payment. Orders are delivered by our courier company which can take between two to four working days depending on main city centre or outlying town. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for any late deliveries.

Courier to major centres costs R89 for orders under R1,000 or free delivery if your order is over R1,000. Please be sure to use an address where there is someone to take delivery between 8am – 5pm on weekdays.  Currently these are the major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, and Stellenbosch).  We only deliver to ‘in town’ addresses, no small holdings or farms. Certain outlying towns will incur an additional delivery cost. Please inquire if you are unsure.

You accept that the display of a product is not necessarily a guarantee that a product is available.

If you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods.  If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned.  Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

In the event we agree the return of a product, the product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition.  Heat seals must not be broken and best before date must correspond with the original order.
